Apulia - Trani, North of Bari, is one of the most beautiful cities in Puglia, full of artistic and architectural treasures that recall his past, crossroads of peoples and cultures of the Mediterranean and with the extraordinary beautiful marina. Among his mansions full of charm, there is Villa Carcano, historic house dating from the late Seventeenth century, completely restored. The charm of the past are rediscovered in the frescoes of the Neapolitan School and stucco decorations of the late Eighteenth century that a delicate restoration has brought to light. Villa Carcano is surrounded by a park of over 13,000 sqm. Silver olive trees, yellow lemon trees and purple lavender are the background of the villa's stateliness and they remind the typical Mediterranean atmosphere. The main building is over 900 square meters on two surfaces; furthermore there are two dependences and three service buildings (about 400 square meters) and three swimming pools with solarium. The architectural complex of Villa Carcano can be used as head office of institutional bodies or to accommodate tourist-receptive and commercial structures, that make their image a mark of distinction.
