Jeffrey S. Nunn, Branch Manager of the premier La Jolla office of Coldwell Banker, has been licensed since May 1979. He spent his first 20 years in Minnesota working for the nation's third largest real estate company - Burnet Realty, which later became Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty. During this time, he earned a seat in Coldwell Banker's President's Council for managers in 1998-2000. In 2000, Jeff moved to Arizona and ran his very successful company - Business Coaching Systems, Inc., wherein he coached new and experienced agents, as well as brokers.
During his management career, he has hired over 800 sales associates - many of whom have gone on to became top agents in their marketplace. He decided to rejoin Coldwell Banker and relocated to San Diego to continue his passion for building real estate offices through the recruitment and development of great sales associates.
Jeff’s practical, no-nonsense and humorous approach to real estate contributes to his success and staying power in this roller coaster business. He believes an office is an agent’s “home away from home” and should be a place where agents feel welcome and supported. He strives to lead his staff and agents in building an environment where everyone can learn and prosper. His goal is to make his office the envy of all in the San Diego real estate community and a source of pride for his agents and staff.
He is the proud father of three daughters. In his spare time, he plays golf, works out and enjoys volleyball at the beach. Jeff resides with his family in Carmel Valley.
