Bernice Kaminski

• Bernice Kaminski attributes her success to believing and living the dreams of her clients. Starting her Boca Raton career in 1984 in new home development sales, Bernice has seen, first hand, the immense growth that has raised Boca Raton to the epitome of luxury!! After 10 years in new construction, she learned what buyers want to make their dream of home ownership come true. In 1993, Bernice decided that it was time to "change hats" and help both buyers and sellers that desire five star addresses. She chose the Boca Raton Resort & Club for her new office and joined both the Resort's Premier Club and Coldwell Banker!

• Bernice's first listing on the grounds of the Resort was at Mizner Lake Estates, an intimate enclave of just 15 special homes...truly a five star address. Since that sale, Bernice has participated in either the sale or listing of most of the re-sales there. Whether it is oceanfront, intracoastal, or golf communities, Bernice has sold them all and has acquired the knowledge to serve her client's needs.

• Bernice is not just a realtor but also a 'cheerleader" for Boca & the Resort. Both she and her husband are also boosters for Florida Atlantic University and are Florida Marlins ticket holders.

• If it all sounds like work-it's not, although this year she has sold over $15,000,000 of luxury properties with months yet to go. She does work hard to make her clients feel the five star results they are looking for, but feels that "if you love what you do, it's not really work".
