• Susan Monus has been pursuing her passion of selling real estate in Malibu since January, 1990. In 2012, Susan once again achieved the Society of Excellence, the highest level of achievement for Coldwell Banker. As one of Coldwell Banker’s most successful realtors, Susan has been on the top 100 list yearly since 1995 for CB agents in southern California and has sold hundreds of Malibu homes and estates.Susan has the distinction of selling 2 of the top 10 sales in Malibu Real estate for $25 Million and $30 Million. In 2010, Susan was ranked in the top 100 of the Wall Street Journal list of top 250 agents in the United States for gross dollar volume.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied business and sociology, she applied her knowledge to the publishing business at Fortune Magazine in New York, the advertising business at Grey Advertising in New York, and the tax- leveraged leasing business at Itel Corporation in San Francisco before entering the real estate profession. Susan’s business and corporate experience have provided the basis for her climb to success.

• Susan began her real estate career in the City of San Francisco in 1983 where she was ranked the number 1 agent in her company prior to moving to Malibu in 1990.

• Success to Susan is related to paying forward to help others in need. Susan shows her appreciation for what she has achieved by giving back to the charities and local schools in Malibu. Monus Foundation for Cancer Research, ASPCA, Free Arts for Abused Children, Cystic Fibrosis, the Pt. Dume Elementary School, Juan Cabrillo Elementary School and the Shark Fund of Malibu High School among other charities.
