N. Virginia Raskin and her husband, Dr. John Raskin, retired from the Medical field and moved from the Napa Valley to Sacramento in 1980 to be near their children.
After a few years of retirement from the field of nursing, N. Virginia found her second love - Real Estate, and embraced a new career.
She quickly became a top producer and in 2004 was honored by Jeff Culbertson, NRT Western Region Chief Operating Officer, Coldwell Banker Sacramento/Tahoe President and CEO, and Bob Bronswick, Coldwell Banker Sacramento/Tahoe Executive Vice-President for outstanding performance as a Coldwell Banker Realtor for 20 years.
N. Virginia is a GRI. This designation from Graduate Realtor Institute, is a symbol representing the mark of a Real Estate Practitioner who has made the commitment to provide the highest level of professional service to her clients and the community.
By securing a strong foundation and dedicating herself to continuing education, N. Virginia has become highly trained to better serve and protect her clients. Such areas of education include Real Estate principles, ethics, finance and economics. As a top producer, N. Virginia is listed in the top 21% of more than 120,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates in the nation.
N. Virginia is a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Coldwell Banker's Diamond and Sterling Society, and is a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute. Additionally, she is a Coldwell Banker Preview International Realtor and a life member of Hadassah.

N. Virginia enjoys playing bridge, golfing and giving dinner parties.
She is also busy being mother to five grown children, grandmother to 13 grandchildren, great-grandmother to 3 great-grandchildren with another great-grandchild on the way in July. N. Virginia is even called "Grandma" by some of her clients.
