MY PHILOSOPHY ON BUYING & SELLING REAL ESTATE----
Real Estate can be quite overwhelming if you don't have proper guidance. There are many facets to cover- legal, financial and even emotional. Having a qualified agent represent you is crucial in facilitating the sale and protecting your best interests.
MY REAL ESTATE CAREER----
I became a Realtor in 1996. In my first year in the business I was named "Rookie of the Year". I have been a member of the multi-million dollar club since 1997. Through the years I have been a member of the President's Diamond Society, President's Circle, and a member of the top 50 Hall of Fame. I attribute my success to honesty, knowledge of the market, pleasant personality and willingness to go that extra mile.

WHAT MAKES ME A SUPERIOR AGENT?
I am probably one of the most honest and ethical agents you will meet. While working with buyers, my job is to advise you not only on the positive features of the home, but also some of the drawbacks other buyers down the road would have an issue with. I not only look at whether that home suits your needs, but also how it will sell as a resale. For my Sellers I believe in listing your home fairly, protecting your equity, while still maintaining honesty in assessing what range your home will sell. The key to my success with both buyers and sellers is to ALWAYS put your best interests first.
