Vicki Treadwell

• Licensed since 1989, I have developed the skills necessary to market and sell both resale and new homes in the Atlanta marketplace. My skills include preparation of a pricing strategy to assist sellers in properly pricing their homes, development and implementation of a marketing plan and most importantly an "Accountability and Feedback" program that keeps sellers informed. In representing buyers, I am a careful listener, evaluating the customers' needs and then matching them to the perfect home. My experience in representing builders in new construction has taught me a lot of what to look for in buying a home. My ability to focus in on what the buyer is really looking for helps shorten the process. Finally, my negotiation skills are keen, allowing the buyer to get the best buy and seller to realize the best price, depending on who I am representing.
