As the branch manager of Coldwell Banker Venice/Marina del Rey Office, Linda brings a wealth of managerial experience as well as hands on knowledge of the real estate industry. In her 10 year career with Coldwell Banker, she has consistently been ranked in the top 10 in her office as well as in the top 1000 agents in NRT nationwide. Linda’s extensive marketing and negotiating skills are valuable tools that have contributed to her success.
While having a very active and successful real estate career as an agent, Linda also held the position of Associate Manager for her office as well as the Director of Training. During this time she mentored 100’s of agent. Many of those agents are still active and some have reached the top 10 in sales at the Venice/Marina office.
She understands and appreciates the unique dynamics of the Venice and Marina del Rey marketplaces as well as Playa del Rey, Playa Vista, Westchester, Culver City, Palms/MarVista, and West LA.
