Mark honed his listening skills while working in the corporate world for 14 yeas prior to taking up real estate. He worked in the mobile electronics field as a product development team leader, a regional sales manager, national sales manager and a managing director in a public company. He managed over 150 sales people in the field all over the country as well as drove product development teams all over the globe. This experience has given him the tools necessary to negotiate on his clients behalf and deliver their wants and needs time and time again.
From a marketing standpoint, we like to stand out from the crowd with exceptional photography and cutting edge video productions of our listings. We take all of our own photography. This allows us to come back on the right day to capture each home in its best light. It is not uncommon for us to visit a home three or four times just to capture the right lighting to get the shot we want. Compare that to a photographer that is hired to take 9 quality photos and makes an appointment at 12:00 noon. If it is foggy that day, guess what...you get gloomy, dark pictures. The weather on the Monterey Peninsula is truly unpredictable. There are dozens of micro climates and catching a property at the right time is as much luck as it is skill. You always have to go back more than once!
We recognize that almost every buyer for one of our listings in the past three years learned about the property they ended up purchasing online before they ever spoke to their real estate agent. We like to give this buyer every bit of information possible in order to get them comfortable enough with our listings to want to make the next step and see it in person. We load as many pictures as necessary to tell the story of a property and dedicate an entire custom website to that property, again with a real video production of it
