- David first became involved with real estate in 1988, when he began shopping for an affordable "fixer-upper.” His hobby soon became studying the San Francisco market while buying and renovating homes. Although he enjoyed a fifteen-year career in the software industry, his passion has always been real estate. In 2001, David decided to obtain his license and practice real estate full-time.
