Qualifications
- As a Southern California native Gene’s real estate career started as a Title Searcher for First America Title Company in Santa Ana. That knowledge and experience fueled his successful real estate career for the following three and a half decades. He spent twelve years as a residential real estate appraiser as owner of Market Data Services which gave him the ability to properly price homes for any market conditions. In 1976 Gene received his Real Estate License and quickly became a top producer in residential real estate earning awards for sales production and customer service. To expand his knowledge in other areas of real estate he also gained experience in commercial real estate, large income properties, business opportunities, and sub-division development. Gene has managed two real estate offices and mentored many new licensees to successful careers.
