Julee specializes in representing buyers and sellers in the Newport Beach area. Her expertise comes from being an investor in the real estate market since 1996 and 14 years of corporate sales where she negotiated and managed multi million dollar contracts and clients. Her success was built on attention to detail, industry knowledge and most importantly understanding the needs of her client. Julee, her husband and two children reside in Newport Beach. Her community involvement is extensive. She has been a board member of the Newport Elementary PTA and Foundation for seven years. Next fall she will be Vice President of the Ensign Jr. High PTA. Additionally, she was awarded the Newport Elementary 2011 PTA Service Award.
- As an involved parent she is very familiar with the local activities available in our beach city: Jr. Guards,Little League Baseball, AYSO Soccer, swim team, tennis, piano and guitar instruction. This experience combined with her commitment as a Realtor allows her clients to feel confident and secure about their new home and community.
