- Quinn is proud to be affiliated as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Previews International in Newport Beach—consistently the #1 brokerage in the region. Quinn brings over a decade of real estate experience to her work as a luxury specialist in the Newport Beach market.
- Having owned and operated Atherton Properties, an extremely successful brokerage firm in the Central Valley, she has personally closed over 242 transactions to date. Quinn was the top producing agent in the Southern San Joaquin Valley every year from 2002 through 2008. She was responsible for the sale of almost every multi-million dollar property transfer in the region during those years. Being an avid horse-person, Quinn has developed specialized knowledge in the area of ranch and farm sales. In 2008, Quinn orchestrated the successful merger of Atherton Properties with Melson Realty, where she immediately became one of their top producers, and continued her work as a ranch sale specialist.
- Quinn is also a well respected developer in the Central Valley, with experience in every stage of the subdivision development process. In addition to consulting on several projects, she completed her own 1 acre estate lot subdivision in 2011. She oversaw the project from land acquisition, on through the construction and sale of each of the 15 custom homes. This development and construction knowledge is a great asset when advising and counseling buyers and sellers in the residential home sale process.
- Having lived in Africa, Southeast Asia, throughout the United States, and as an honors graduate of the American University of Washington DC, Quinn’s national and international experience within a number of fields melds invaluable skills into her real estate work today. She worked as a design associate in both a well-respected interior design firm, and a landscape design company, which helped train her eye for style and design. She also owned and operated the very successful Potomac Breads by Quinn that supplied most of the DC theaters with home-baked concession foods. She spent 7 years as a professional actress and spokesperson, and associate director of the news for the CBS affiliate in Washington DC. Her work as an actress then lead into many years as a personal editor for best selling novelists Kirk Douglas, Sydney Sheldon and Jack Valenti.
- Quinn now resides on Lido Isle in Newport Beach, and thoroughly enjoys helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.
