• My wife and I are originally from Missouri and have two adult children that we raised in the suburbs of St. Louis. I am a graduate of the Mizzou and have a background in the financial services industry and residential home construction.

• I began visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida with my family in the early 1980's. My wife and I built a home in South Walton County in 1985 and made it our permanent residence in 2010.

• I consider myself a new home specialist. My experience in home construction has proven to be very valuable to both me and my clients.
