Charlette Seidel

• A native Miamian, growing up in coral Gables just a few blocks from her office, Charlette is a graduate of Florida State University. After spending eight years with Pan American World Airways as a flight attendant, instructor and assistant manager of flight attendant training, she joined Coldwell Banker in 1977 entering management one year later.

Qualifications

• She was licensed in 1971 and became a Broker in 1974. She was a top producer in the company before becoming a manger. Under her guidance, the Coral Gables office has been the #1 office in the state, has been named a Premiere Office for Coldwell Banker and in 1994, the office was ranked #1 in performance throughout the United States. Charlette is a President’s Council Manager for Coldwell Banker, one of 5 in the United States to have been designated every year. She holds the “Previews Specialist” designation for luxury marketing.
